HR Consultant, Sr
As a Sr HR Consultant, you will partner with HR leaders in Credit Union Solutions to provide human resources services in the planning, development and execution of various HR functions, including compensation, performance management, employee relations and engagement. You will perform research and data analysis as needed to deliver periodic and/or ad hoc reports. You may also serve as a consultant to leaders and associates regarding various human resources topics. Working in this role within Fiserv will give you hands-on experience working as part of a fast-paced HR Business Partner team supporting a large strategic group.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop the necessary foundation to become an HR Business Partner; this role is a talent pipeline for future HRBP roles
Demonstrates solid understanding of business unit and group operations as well as the needs and challenges of managers and associates.
Demonstrates strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills to develop and maintain metrics and reports for the CUS HR team
Helps business and HR leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities
Understands and facilitates organizational development strategies and change management
Influences and assists organizational change initiatives in support of business unit and group strategies.
Conducts organizational assessments; identifies areas in need of intervention and develops or identifies resources to address needs.
Effectively implements the delivery of HR programs.
Leverages HR Analytics and other relevant data to help line leaders make informed decisions.
Skillfully creates and facilitates presentations, communicating and conveying information in a meaningful way to wide variety of audiences.
Supports recruitment efforts at group level
Provides coaching to employees as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
MBA or other advanced degree(s) desirable
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a multi-discipline Human Resources environment (including organizational development, performance management, recruitment, training and development, rewards and recognition).
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues.
Experience conducting HR program research and managing HR projects/programs from idea to full implementation.
Experience hiring, managing and developing direct reports.
