We are currently looking for a talented individual who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering our Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives in support of our global talent and HR priorities.
The Director of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) will create, drive and deliver D&I strategies and initiatives that contribute to a strong culture and great business results. This includes fostering and managing the internal and external relationships necessary to drive diversity globally across the Company.
The Director of D&I reports directly to the VP, Talent Management and Leadership Development and is responsible for aligning our diversity agenda to our cultural transformation journey and talent management priorities. The role provides an opportunity to further hone organizational development skills and foster relationships with HRBP’s and Business Leaders across the organization. Role location can be either at our corporate headquarters in Brookfield, WI or Alpharetta, GA.
Provide external subject matter expertise and bring forth innovative ideas that will progress D&I at Fiserv
Develop, implement and effectively communicate the broader D&I global strategy including both long-term and short-term goals with business relevant outcomes
Align with cross-functional resources to deliver business impact through:
Partnerships with HRBPs in the development and implementation of strategic diversity initiatives
Collaboration across Talent Management COE to address training, recruiting, on-boarding, and strategic outreach programs related to D&I
Partnership with Talent Acquisition COE to strengthen diversity sourcing strategies and external partnership
Alignment with strategic external partnerships with key diversity sourcing associations and suppliers
Interface with functional leaders, business unit leadership, and other business areas to ensure D&I policies, processes, and practices support an inclusive working environment
Consult with and advise leaders to assess, plan and implement D&I strategies that support the region and/or business unit strategies
Collaborate with Global Brand to establish robust external partnerships and implement a strategic branding plan to strengthen Fiserv diversity rankings and employment value proposition
Monitor diversity data to determine appropriate areas of focus. Work with Talent leaders to ensure development experiences support the D&I strategy, and that D&I is integrated with our leadership approach
Determine/refine approach to inclusion networks and diversity council in context of larger strategy to support meeting broader D&I strategic objectives
Remain current of the laws, executive orders, regulations, policies, and concepts pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity programs and provides leadership at all levels
Qualifications for Consideration :
Bachelor's Degree in Organization Development and Leadership - or - Industrial/Organizational Psychology - or - Human Resource Management - or - related field (required)
Masters (desired) 7+ years of HR/OMD business experience or human capital consulting experience
Strong knowledge and working experience with D&I initiatives, change management, strategy development, leadership programs
