Position Description

What makes a phenomenal Internal Sales Executive, Mortgage Director?

As an Internal Sales Executive within our Mortgage Director team , you will collaborating with Client Partners, and all other Fiserv account representatives, prospecting within the Fiserv client base, working closely with prospective lenders at all levels within the organization to clearly understand lender needs and strategic objectives, overcoming objections, healthy competition and closing sales on an individual and collective department basis.

In this role, you can look forward to:

  • Identify qualified prospects and convert into sales, as well as effectively support and manage referral partners to meet company sales objectives

  • You will develop and execute a sales and marketing plan, understanding the nuances of market conditions and being able to consistently deliver or exceed the goals and objectives within budget.

  • You will translate complex lender business objectives and align said objectives with the value of the Mortgage Director origination suite.

  • Provide an accurate rolling sales forecast in company Contact Relationship Management tool (CRM), including updates on key accounts and reasons for deviations from plan.

  • We expect you to meet weekly with Client Partners, referral parties and management to propose, discuss and oversee required sales team resources and subject matter experts to ensure sales strategies are implemented.

  • We also need you to have a strong working knowledge of our Mortgage Director products and services, operational procedures, company policies, management team backgrounds and business objectives. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company products, services and functionality.

In addition to the responsibilities above we are also looking forward to you researching and document prospective clients to identify key initiatives and financial objectives as it relates to their use of Mortgage Director products and services. This includes existing technology usage, business needs and vendor support requirements. Research and document Mortgage Director competitor weaknesses, strengths, pricing, functionality, support and implementation processes.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • You have 3 or more years in sales with matching experience in coordinating marketing efforts that support sales objectives.

  • You demonstrate capabilities in leading efforts of opportunities, working cross-functionally and interacting at all levels of the organization

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • You are able to demonstrate strong organization and time management skills

  • You are available for travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 3 years’ experience in software or Loan Origination System (LOS) sales experience,

  • Ability to establish/coordinate and maintain dynamic and appropriate business relationship with prospects, customers, vendors and all Fiserv and Mortgage Director personnel.

  • A working knowledge of MS Dynamics and or Salesforce.com is also recommended.
