We are currently seeking to hire a Technical Solution Lead to join our team in Clonskeagh, Dublin, to be part of our next generation of commerce infrastructure, services and analytics to support continued growth and customer delight.

Role Overview

Are you a seasoned Technical Product Manager and love leading people to success? Do you take an outside in view on product development? How do you avoid product customisations? Can you strike up a good partnership with the engineering teams to the benefit of the product and the Enterprise?

What you will do:

  • Lead our platform product team and drive product capabilities and roadmap, coaching the team(s) to self-organization and embrace empowerment

  • Facilitate and lead Product backlog development using Kanban and assess the competitor landscape for innovation

  • Work to remove blockers so that the team(s) can operate efficiently

  • Guide the Product Owners in grooming the Product Backlog and maximise value

  • Contribute to the resolution of wider and organisational impediments that impact the team(s)

  • Work with Leadership, the Engineering Managers and Scrum Masters/Project Managers helping to drive cultural change and increase effectiveness using a variety of agile methodologies

  • Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers

  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving

  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work

What you have

  • Can demonstrate experience and a passion for technical product development within an agile environment applying agile / lean principles, practices, and theory

  • Demonstrate skill and knowledge of technical analysis, facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, self-organisation

  • Experience with one or more Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, DAD etc.)

  • Strong analytical background preferably coming from Payments or Financial Services domain

  • University Degree or relevant professional qualification

  • Product Owner/Manager certification (CPM, POPM, etc.)

  • Be a pro-active, self-motivated, confident person with good organisational and communication skills
