Fiserv Business Analyst, III in Dublin, Ohio
Performs complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs and of the general business environment. Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities. Operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Performs data and business analysis to support organizational goals, objectives and needs and of Treasury Operations.
Assist functional teams with gathering data from various systems and software
Oversees and provides project support across all of Treasury Operations
Acts as a liaison to the various payments development organizations
Set standards and provide technical writing skills across MS Access and all systems created by Treasury Operations
Assist in the execution of a PMO function within Treasury Operations by organizing projects and gathering requirements.
Assist in executing the analysis strategy within Treasury Operations
Assist in the analysis of new business incorporated into Treasury Operations
Suggests recommendations for change in order to improve and support business activities.
Provide general guidance for junior analysts on the team

What does a great (insert position title) do?
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Requires a minimum of five years of business and data analysis experience
Must have demonstrated work experience in the electronic payments industry, preferably in back office settlement.
Experience with payment processing a plus (ACH, card processing, other P2P payment networks.)
Must have experience working with system files and can process map based on specifications.
Must have experience leading and/or coordinating large scale projects within a payment systems environment.
Must have knowledge of SQL querying.
Must have strong technical and business research skills.
Project planning, project management and project execution experience a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Required
Excellent knowledge of company’s business procedures and objectives
Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational, and decision making skills
Extensive knowledge of PC and various software applications
Travel required : (remove If not applicable) Percentage/frequency of travel – 3 to 4 time per year.
