What does a great Program Manager do at Fiserv?
Within the ATM Managed Services team our Program Managers are the primary contact for the customer and direct all phases of their ATM program. They will be accountable for developing and maintaining all project deliverables, project plans, issues logs, and change orders. This is done from concept to completion ensuring that projects are kept within allotted time frames and budget.
You can look forward to:
Becoming the voice of the organization and representing the client's needs
Conducting internal/ external project team meetings and client status meetings
Identifying all assets and resources necessary to successfully meet client expectations
Ensuring that all project documentation is produced and advising clients and senior management/executives on developing solutions for specific project issues and problems
Meeting contractual performance objectives by analyzing and initiating corrective actions
Identifying & managing risk and opportunities to meet project/program objectives.
Ensuring proposal submittals, schedules, cost estimates, project execution, risk assessments and technical solutions are accurate and timely

Basic qualifications for consideration:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years' experience in project management
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Power Point, Excel and Word for proposals, presentations and other communications
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
5 + years' of experience with project management
Experience working in the financial services industry
Proficient knowledge of ATMs
Proficient knowledge of Service Point
