Electronic Payments Representative
$14 per hour - Full Time
Start Date: 1/6/2020
Schedule: 9:30-6:00 weekday / 9:30-6:00 Weekend * Must be able to work one weekend day
Training: 9:30-6:00 * Off Days are Saturday and Sunday
About the Role: Bank of America customers are calling about a bill payment question or issue. These associates handle all inquiries from BofA customers on paying their bills online along with other documenting problems and corrective procedures per established guidelines and performing other duties as required
