What does a great Supply Chain Operator do?
You will provide fulfillment and delivery of customer deployment orders to designated areas. You will also coordinate and facilitate material requests in a timely manner to ensure that the customer expectations are met.
You can look forward to these essential responsibilities:
Maintenance and adjustment of information received from computer inventory tracking system.
Verification and reconciliation of inventory; counting materials and equipment to maintain inventory accuracy. Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
Monitoring parts and supplies, maintaining inventory reports, and restocking inventory levels.
Inventory replenishing for multiple departments.
You’re the kind of person who:
Displays strong attention to detail and accuracy with work performed.
Has a knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Can effectively communicate with fellow team members and management on key issues across all functions.
Has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must have forklift experience.
Minimum of one year in warehouse/inventory control.
Must be able to stand and walk during scheduled shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to use a computer (MS Outlook and MS Excel) and accessories (handheld scanners, printers).
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Experience with Oracle.
Strong math and analytical skills.
