Position Description

What does an extraordinary Client Solutions Consultant IV do?

You will face exciting sales opportunity challenges as you collaborate with the Sales and Client Executives to build and deliver a comprehensive client-focused solution conversation that outline how Fiserv’s solutions will enable a client to accomplish their business objectives and ease their operational pain points. You will demonstrate specific solutions as needs dictate to further improve Fiserv’s value proposition. Your efforts will assist Fiserv to meet sales and revenue goals.

As a Client Solutions Consultant IV, you can look forward to:

  • Presenting Card Services solution value to existing clients and prospects

  • As the face of Fiserv to the clients and prospects, we need for you to present yourself in an approachable, professional manner.

  • You will work in conjunction with sales executives to close business opportunities.

  • By building and presenting customized demonstrations, you will be able to utilize LeveragePoint ROI models outlining the economic value of Card Services solutions to existing clients and prospects

  • You will do all of this by providing solution demos

  • We want you to have positive relationships and collaboration with Sales Executives, Account Executives and Business Partners

  • Liaison with other departments (e.g. Product Management, Implementation, Marketing, Development)

  • Maintain strong payments and financial services industry knowledge levels

Qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 4+ years Pre Sales experience in enterprise level, application software with validated experience in solution selling.

  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking skills are necessary.

  • Prior client-facing sales experience

  • Ability to present solution to business and technology executives

  • Demonstrated experience developing proposals, demos and presentations for customers.

  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation interpersonal skills using the MS Office suite (emails, documents, presentations), with rigorous attention to detail.

  • Maintain strong payments and financial services industry knowledge levels

  • Ability to travel 25% - 50%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to present technical concepts in clear manner to customers through demos and proposals

  • Experience in Debit, Credit, Payments industry preferred.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technology
