Client Support Tier 2 - Sr Associate III

What does a successful Client Operations Support Associate do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a motivated bi-lingual individual to work closely with our higher valued merchants and other internal teams to successfully upgrade merchants to our Clover solution set including identifying software/subscription opportunities. You'll also support promotional offerings tied to value added services tied to the Clover product line. Working with merchants, you'll help to enable Amex Optblue and UP in order to meet our contractual obligations with American Express and China Union Pay (UPI)

What you will do:

  • Use customer empathy, problem-solving and interpersonal skills to retain merchants and minimize attrition.

  • Ensure timely reporting, referral, follow-up and escalation of internal and external client issues to minimize disruption to service and overall impact to Fiserv merchants.

  • Stay current on company implementations and changes. Possess a detailed knowledge of policies and procedures with a broad understanding of the client operation. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant Fiserv products, platforms, systems, operational areas and processes.

  • Effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

  • Achieve timely and successful resolution of customer issues and inquiries in conjunction with “Customer First” initiatives.

What you will need to have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred

  • 2+ years industry experience in a customer facing role

  • Bilingual- fluent in English and French

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and the South platform

Travel required: 10%
