Position Description

What does a great Business Operations Analyst do?

You will be part of the Call Center Operations team dedicated to improving the cardholder experience for our clients and their clients. This involves a strategic proactive approach to all facets of the call center with a strong focus on process and metrics. You will have the opportunity to handle the day to day activities for a service that produces significant revenue and directly impacts cardholders and Fiserv’s image.

You have a strong background analyzing and reporting on metrics/key performance indicators (KPI’S) in a call center environment.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a business analysis role in a call center environment (for example, analyzing and reporting on metrics/KPI’s)

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Experience within the card industry, card services or specific product knowledge (i.e., Disputes, Credit, Debit, etc.)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client facing role
