Fiserv Inbound Banking Support in Phoenix, Arizona
Start Date: January 6, 2019
Training: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday (3 Weeks)
-- Schedule: 2:00pm - 10:30pm with Sundays and Mondays off each week
** Must be able to work every Saturday
$16 per hr.
Spanish Bilinguals needed! Receive a 6% premium on top of hourly rate!*
12% ($1.92 per hour) shift differential for eligible hours worked evenings and weekends
Receiving inbound calls from banking and merchant customers. Answer questions, assist with researching and resolving issues, etc. We want our customers to receive a WOW experience. We want someone who has the ability to be an active listener and is able to express empathy to the customer.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
Job Related Experience:
One year customer service experience and/or one year call center experience
Solid internet navigational skills are needed
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience with an online bill pay service is a plus
Pre-employment background, credit, and drug screen are required.
