Position Description

What does an excellent Client Executive IV do?

The Digital Channels Client Executive IV is responsible for managing the digital channels relationship with specific Digital Banking Group clients. These financial institutions are leveraging Fiserv solutions to achieve leadership positions in the use of digital technology to better serve their customers. The Client Executive IV will act as an advocate for the client and will have an unwavering commitment to exceed performance results for the client and for Fiserv.

As a Digital Channels Banking Group Client Executive IV, you will be accountable to drive high levels of performance in the following areas:

  • Sales of add-on products and services

  • Consult with client on trends in digital channels products

  • Growth in product adoption & usage

  • Client satisfaction and retention

  • Organic revenue growth

As a Client Executive IV you can look forward to:

  • Building strong relationships with key client digital stakeholders and working with a cross-functional Fiserv team including Enterprise Client Partners, Sales Executives, Product Support, & Adoption Marketing Consultants.

  • You will be involved with account strategy and plan development for the Digital Channels Group.

  • You will meet with Clients during business reviews as well as contract renewal.

  • We need for you to be viewed as a digital thought leader by our clients.

  • You will be engaging with clients to drive organic growth in digital adoption and usage.

  • You are also a point of escalations for clients related to service delivery issues.

  • We will also have you involved with pipeline development and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications for consideration :

  • 7+ years’ experience in client and account management within the financial services industry

  • Demonstrated experience managing mid-market to large financial institutions in the areas of relationship management, service delivery, and sales

  • Proven experience managing a book of business related to license, maintenance, professional services, and outsourcing technology solutions

  • Prior experience leading consumer digital adoption & usage growth initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex account strategies and plans leading to increased client referenceability, revenue growth, sales, and end customer product usage

  • Experience with collaboration across a matrix environment

  • Ability to travel 50%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other applicable business discipline

  • Digital channels and electronic payments solutions

  • Knowledge of Fiserv product offerings
