Position Description

What makes an exceptional Client Solutions Consultant III?

The Client Solutions Consulting team demonstrates the Premier core account processing solution along with multiple Fiserv surrounds solutions to present a complete solution to financial institutions of varying types and sizes. As a Client Solutions Consultant III you are responsible for crafting the vision for the prospect as you bridge the gap between what the solution does and what that means for the prospect’s daily operations and strategic plans. You will be viewed as a consultant during the sales process as you discover the challenges a prospect or client is facing and define solutions that can be deployed to drive desired business outcomes.

As a Client Solutions Consultant III, you can look forward to:

  • Assisting Sales Executives, Solutions Architects, and other team members in pre-sales process.

  • You will travel onsite to conduct discovery sessions, compile the notes to prepare the team and customize the presentation system for the presentation.

  • You will be leading demonstrations for prospective new clients and existing clients in a competitive renewal or product sales process.

  • We need you to demonstrate Fiserv product lines, including but not limited to Premier and the surround solution stack (Internet banking, Reporting tools, Teller, New account opening and tablet products). Assist the Sales Team as needed in the Gap Analysis process between Fiserv products and existing systems

  • We will have you tailor and conduct all demonstrations, to include all pre and post work sessions, agendas for prospective financial institutions

  • You will attend and assist marketing at trade shows and conferences as required

  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of Fiserv product lines, along with future enhancements, and alliance product lines

  • Working with technical support, maintain current hardware and software levels for the Demo equipment, including laptops and any other associated equipment

  • Work intra and inter-departmentally to solve new client queries

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for consideration:

  • 5+ years of financial institution experience.

  • Proven knowledge of at least one US banking system.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, presentational, written and communications skills.

  • Team player who is self-starting and independent.

  • Success in working remotely.

  • The ability to travel 60% of the time.

  • Proficiency in MS office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience demonstrating software for financial institutions preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
