What does a successful CMM Sales Executive do at Fiserv?

This position is an individual contributor Sales position responsible for selling Fiserv’s suite of business solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Develop strong working partnerships with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers to increase volume and quality of referrals from existing bank portfolios.

• Collaborate with senior Commercial Bank relationship teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies for strategic bank clients to maximize revenue opportunities.

• Self-source referrals and leads; experience in prospecting, territory development, and networking is essential.

• Drive execution of departmental sales and revenue objectives, including pricing and profitability guidelines and individual sales goals.

• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce for disciplined, accountable sales pipeline management.

What You Will Need To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Minimum of 6 years sales experience with demonstrated success.

• Minimum 4 years sales experience in the financial services industry.

• Payments industry knowledge and business acumen.

• Experience in building relationships with key C-level decision makers.

• Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling.

• Experience influencing and negotiation skills.

• Verifiable ability to achieve sales and revenue goals.

• Ability to travel at least 40%.

What Would Be Great To Have:

• CRM tools (Salesforce).

• Knowledge of Fiserv’s suite of business solutions including Point of Sale solutions (Clover), Security & Compliance (TransArmor), On-Line Reporting (ClientLine), Check and ACH solutions (TeleCheck), Payroll Distribution services (Money Network), and various cloud-based applications.

• Experience with third-party partnerships.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
